Partially verifiedBasic issue date, denomination and design are sourced. Independent specialist verification of paper, gum, watermark and perforation varieties remains open.
Research notes: The contemporary bilingual postal notice explicitly gives first sale on 12 February; SEPAC metadata gives 24 February. The postal notice is preferred pending an independently dated first-day specimen. Original and April reprint notices reverse the perforation numbers (14.0 × 13.9 / 13.9 × 14.0); no independent physical change is established and no duplicate reprint type is created.
