Sources & verification
Partially verifiedSéfi explicitly distinguishes the inverted-watermark shilling from an imperforate example he regarded as a proof. The evidence bounds are 1885 base availability and known existence by the 1913 handbook; first appearance is unresolved. No violet shade is inferred, and reverse inspection is required.
Research notes: 1885 is the base-design anchor only. This is neither a new denomination nor a proven 1885 release of the variety.
